The first example I want to share with you is how a dad's drama of fighting with his ex wife, dealing with child support issues and living hundreds of miles away from his kids was getting in the way of his peace and prosperity.
I'll explain how his compulsive re-occurring thought became the DRAMA that was keeping him completely in the fog and from taking action to support his values and goals.
The second scenario is a personal drama example of how I changed my own stressful family pattern once and for all by using the concept of "clearing the fog."
